Join the USPTO Patent Pro Bono Program’s “Pathways to Inclusive Innovation” event on April 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in Atlanta, Georgia. We will welcome leaders in the intellectual property (IP) and small-business community who will share their stories and tips on how to protect your IP via patents and trademarks, and how to access Government resources for starting and maintaining a successful business.

This event welcomes all entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in learning more about succeeding in business, identifying and protecting intellectual property, securing options for funding, and expanding business networks.

The Patent Pro Bono Program is a collaboration between the USPTO and 20 independently operated academic and nonprofit regional programs. The regional programs match financially under-resourced inventors with patent practitioners in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. You can find out more about the Patent Pro Bono Program, the regional program in your area, and how to access pro bono resources at our Patent Pro Bono Program page. For questions, contact probono@uspto.gov.

Note: Immediately following the USPTO’s portion of the event, the Pro Bono Advisory Council will be holding a follow-on program, which is also open to the public at no charge. A separate registration is required to attend the Pro Bono Advisory Council’s event.
